Memorial Gift
A contribution to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation is a thoughtful way to honour the memory of a loved one. When you make a memorial gift, we send a note to the family informing them of your thoughtfulness. It lists your name and address as the donor, but not the amount of your gift. A charitable tax receipt is issued to you for your donation.

To acknowledge in memoriam donations, the donor’s name and address may be provided to the deceased individual’s family or designated contact.
Donation amounts are kept strictly confidential and are not shared.
