Big Swings, Big Impact! $71,744 Raised for Provincial Renal Program at the QEH

Thank you for supporting the 22nd annual Harry MacLauchlan ‘Great Day’ Fore Health Memorial Golf Tournament, presented by Fair Isle Ford and hosted in partnership with the Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty! On Wednesday, June 11, 2025 participants gathered under blue skies at Belvedere Golf Club for a great game of golf in support of critical equipment needs for the QEH Foundation. This year’s tournament proceeds will purchase hemodialysis equipment for the Provincial Renal Program — a critical resource for Islanders living with kidney disease.

Harry MacLauchlan was a passionate Islander and his impact of hard work, fairness, importance to people, overall good business practice and giving back to his community continues to this day. Every year, we are honoured to celebrate his legacy at the Annual Harry MacLauchlan ‘Great Day’ Fore Health Memorial Golf Tournament, with Presenting Sponsor Fair Isle Ford. The Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty, together with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, in memory of Harry have dedicated much time and effort over the last 22 years to make this event a great success for our Island hospital, and we are grateful for the meaningful support our community has shown.

With an average of $6 million in priority medical equipment needs year after year, our expert QEH health care family relies on donors like you to help us raise these important funds. Since 2003, nearly $1.2 million has been raised through this tournament in support of priority medical equipment for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
