The QEH Ultimate Shed Giveaway – 2026 Contest Closed

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this year’s QEH Ultimate Shed Giveaway! We are thrilled to announce that through the 2026 Ultimate Shed Giveaway raised an incredible $59,926 in support of breast health care at the QEH. Congratulations to this year’s winner Dennis Gignac of Spring Valley!

This year, proceeds will help fund the purchase of a Navigator 2.0 Control Unit and Lymphatic Mapping Probes, which is technology used in breast cancer surgery to help provide more accurate staging and surgical outcomes, supporting better decision-making and leading to stronger outcomes for patients. Each year, about 250 patients rely on this type of surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The Ultimate Shed Giveaway is a community-led campaign spearheaded by Jennie Arsenault of Arsenault Bros Construction, Sara Dykerman of Plank & Pine Interior Design, and Jim Power of Kent Building Supplies. Now in its sixth year, supporters have raised nearly $366,000 to fund the purchase of essential breast health equipment and technology at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Rules and Regulations

• Must be 19+ and in the province of Prince Edward Island at the time of purchase.
• Shed comes with free delivery and electric hook-up up to $1000 to any accessible location on PEI. Must be moved off-site within 14 days.
• Winner agrees to photo opportunities and promotional use of name/likeness.
