Administrative & Data Support Assistant
Join the QEH Foundation as a key member of our administrative and data team. In this fast‑paced, collaborative role, you will ensure the accuracy of donor data, support smooth gift processing, and contribute to seamless daily operations across the Foundation. You’ll also play an important part in donor stewardship by providing warm reception support and assisting with major fundraising events.
This position is perfect for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and highly organized, who enjoys balancing data work with frontline interaction and thrives in a mission‑driven environment.
