As part of our annual Friends for Life Campaign, we’re thrilled to launch a fun new initiative: Kitchen Party For Care, and we’d love your help getting it off the ground.
This virtual celebration is just one of many ways we’re working toward our $8.2 million fundraising goal to support urgently needed medical equipment and clinical priorities at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This year’s campaign focuses on advancing care in Emergency, ICU, and Mental Health & Addictions — areas where donor support is especially critical.
Nearly 100% of this equipment is funded by donors, so every video, every share, and every contribution truly matters.
Here’s how you can join the fun:
- Record a short video of yourself dancing, making music, or simply celebrating community spirit.
- Feel free to share a positive story of care received by you or a loved one or a message about why you’re supporting the hospital!
- Post it on your preferred social media channels using the hashtag #KitchenPartyForCare, and tag three friends to join in on the challenge.
- Tag us at @QEHFoundation (On Facebook and/or Instagram).
For every video posted with the hashtag #KitchenPartyForCare, Markan Group of Companies will donate $100 (up to $10,000) toward our goal.
