All Smiles for Island Healthcare
The QEH Foundation has been selected as one of the 2026 Smile Cookie charity recipients in Prince Edward Island.
When: April 27 – May 3, 2026
Where: All Tim Hortons restaurants in Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, and Winsloe. A complete list of participating restaurants and addresses can be found below.
How You Can Help: Support from the community makes a big difference! You can help by:
- Purchasing Smile Cookies and Plushies between April 27 – May 3.
- Placing a Pre-Order with a pre-order form or through the Tim Hortons app, Door Dash, or Skip the Dishes.
Funds raised through this year’s Smile Cookie campaign will directly support the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation’s Big Day of Giving, raising funds for critical medical equipment needs and clinical priorities at the Island’s main referral hospital.
To guarantee you receive your Smile Cookies, pre-order forms must be submitted to your preferred Tim Hortons restaurant at least 48 hours before your specified pick-up time and date.

Visit a Tim Hortons restaurant in Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, and Winsloe between April 27 – May 3, 2026 to purchase Smile Cookies. Don’t have a sweet tooth? You can also purchase a Reversible Plush in support of the QEH!
